Job Title: Clinical Recruiter

Job Location: Norristown, PA.

Job Description:
Yoh Clinical, a leading provider of long and short-term talent to knowledge-based companies, has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter. Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, this candidate will source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities.

Job Scope:
• Recruit clinical research and drug development professionals for positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
• Interview applicants to identify and summarize relevant experience and hard and soft skills to assess applicant’s suitability
• Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities
• Maintain familiarity with the most effective recruiting tools appropriate to the Clinical industry to include: networking with active consultants, constructing availability lists, database searches, internet searches, resume searches, other job boards, and organizations.
• Create attractive and effective ads for the internet, and other appropriate advertising mediums
• Generate sales leads and work within the Yoh Model

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
• (2+) years of recruiting experience
• Minimum 1 year of Clinical experience- ideally recruiting
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
• Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet recruiting tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Great attitude and team player
